• Customers who are pregnant, or suffering from health conditions such as hypertension, heart problems, or any other medical history, are advised to consult their physicians before enrolment of any our services

• No refunds will be given for any partially-used/unutilised package(s) under any circumstances, but conversion of package(s) may be allowed, subject to management's discretion.

• All packages (except yearly maintenance packages) are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be given for any partially-used/unutilised package(s) after the expiry date.

• The Management reserves the right to make any changes to the Terms & Conditions, without prior notice.
